Our production base is located in Sihui City, Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 233,100 m² (including a doors & windows factory is 33,300 m²). Our factory has a complete production chain:
1.Profile extrusion production line: 2 extrusion production lines of 5,000 tons and 3,000 tons.
2.Aluminum formwork production: 2 automated welding production workshops, 4 aluminum formwork production workshops and 2 spraying production lines. Annual output: 2,000,000 m².
The average daily production of aluminum formwork is 8,000m², and the weight is equivalent to 200T）
3.Door & window production: 3 door & window production workshops.
( Annual output: 650,000m².Average daily output value is about 2,000m²)
4.Scaffolding production: 2 production lines, 2 stair tread and toe board production lines.
(Annual output: 100,000tons.The average daily production volume is about 300T）
